I recently completed a job repairing a water line leak under a slab. To locate the leak, I used a leak detection service and isolated the problematic section of the water line. Then, I stubbed up for a reroute of the water line to avoid future leaks.

Conducted a thorough sewer line inspection using a camera scope, identified tree root infiltration, and performed hydro-jetting to clear the obstruction, restoring proper drainage.

Leaking toilet repair: The homeowner noticed water pooling around the base of their toilet. Upon inspection, I found a deteriorated wax ring causing the leak. I replaced the wax ring, ensuring a proper seal and preventing further water damage to the bathroom floor.

*Use electronic equipment to locate source of leak, open wall to verify and cap. Follow up with option to re-route. Arrived to proceed with electronic leak detection option given on previous visit. During process I was able to detect the leak in master bath shower and vanity area. Advised client I would need to open exterior wall behind vanity to verify and cap leak, client agreed. Once wall was open I found two 3/4 copper loops and the one toward the rear was leaking water from sleeving. Isolated loop and pressure tested home. Gauge held a 72psi for 15 min meaning there are no other leaks at this time. Determined that the leaking loop is coming from master vanity area and supplying the master shower and toilet. Provided options to reroute and client agreed to proceed. *Run new 3/4” type l copper exposed on exterior wall from behind master bath vanity approximately 12’ to behind shower area eliminating leaking underground loop. Client had their backflow tested and was looking for another estimate to compare pricing. Backflow estimate to replace or to rebuild. Recommend replacing the backflow device over the rebuild.

Installing five valves total three angle stops and two quarter turn valves four washer machine. 07/26- remove lav sink to get access and replace 2 angle stop valve for a quarter turn new valve, ALSO replace icemaker angle stop valve and line

Customer declined estimate due to us being too expensive and stated that he has a plumber who can fix it for $150.

We have been here before for loop leaks, customer appears to have another one. Customer will conduct the leak search themselves and report the findings Monday. Customer will be contacted by Insurance adjuster to determine if this may be covered. We will determine the price once we determine the location of the leak and loop. Estimates are a “what if” estimate if there are other circumstances price may vary.

Arrived to find water puddling in front of the master bath vanity and also seeping from shower wall. Went to exterior of home behind vanity and can see water coming from wall. Pressure tested home and system failed pressure test. Believe line is on cold supply. Presented options to client and was informed that she is not the owner and she will forward the info to the owner who is out of town at this time.

Customer stated that toilet continued to fill after flushing and this phenomenon happens twice but never again after the second time. I flushed toilet multiple times to insure toilet was functioning properly. Customer could have been mistaken by what she thought she heard. Everything is good to go

Client has an active water leak and would like to have line repaired. Upon assessing found the vertical 1” galvanized line coming from building main is in poor condition. Will need to shut water off to development in order to make repairs. Advised client that due to condition of existing piping that there is no guarantee that the repair can be made within the existing hole in floor and we may need to excavate more concrete. Client will notify us when ready to proceed with repairs.

This job is going to include replacing angle stops valve. Replace about 6 angle stops valve and two angle stops valve was complementary. Total of valves 8.

Gave customer estimate to install customer supplied water heater for food truck and customer denied estimate stating they got a quote from paradise plumbing for $800. Called mark and asked if we could match price and he rejected.

Customer wanted a estimate for repair for leaking shower valve. Gave customer a estimate to replace shower cartridge and customer explained that he has social security check coming in on Wednesday and would be able to make payment for repair. Customer stated that he’ll call us after receiving check to get shower cartridge repaired.

This job is going to required cutting out existing angle stop valve and extending half-inch copper pipe to install a new quarter turn valve. Complimentary two valves install. This job is going to include replacing angle stops valve.

Customers kitchen sink does seem to take a long time to get hot water, the water heater is working as intended. The kitchen sink is also the farthest from the water heater stopping at numerous fixtures before reaching kitchen sink. Customer requested an increase of temperature at the heater. I increased it to about 125 degrees on thermostat. Customer is a platinum member the service fee is waived.

Replace 50 gallon water heater with new Rudd 50 gallon water heater. Tested for leaks none are present at this time. Includes 6 year manufacturer tank warranty, 1 year parts and labor warranty.
