Provided a plumbing service at a residential home. The customer had called us about a clog in their shower drain. They had attempted to use drano to clear it, but the clog persisted. Upon my arrival, I cleaned out the entire pipe and cleared the clog. I then used video inspection to ensure there were no other clogs further down the line. The shower drain is now operating normally again.

Went out to a residential home to provide a plumbing service. Upon arrival, I performed a complete cleaning of the customer's drainage systems. The maintenance ensures that the drains are free of obstructions and are functioning well to remove water from the home. I didn't find any major issues with the drains, and they are now clear and working properly. The customer was pleased with the service.

Assisted homeowners with a slow-draining kitchen sink. Identified a clog in the P-trap due to accumulated grease and debris. Carefully disassembled the trap, cleared the blockage, and reassembled the plumbing, restoring normal drainage and preventing potential backups.

Responded to a recurring sewer line blockage at a residence. Utilized hydrojetting equipment to forcefully clear the obstruction, effectively removing accumulated debris and grease buildup from the pipes. Attempted to test Backflow at listed address. After visually inspecting the unit I noticed it leaking from relief valve, as well as having corrosion throughout the housing and test-cocks. Backflow failed inspection. Test1=0 Recommend replacing Backflow with brass body Backflow with a wye strainer to help prevent premature failure. Estimate is attached

Arrived at location, client complaint of no hot water. Escorted to location of heater. Tankless gas heater. Noritz. flashing red light. Gas valve and water valves open. Removed the panel cover and reset water heater. Ran water at sink to test resolve. Eventually water warmed up, after running for about a min. Water warm but not hot. Heater control panel was off, turned on. error code C19. After turning on at control panel, red light flashing again. 866-766-7489 contacted tech support C represents scale build up Needs flushed IK-WV-200-3-th-of; product number for correct iso valve given to me by Noritz tech support. Unit needs to have isolation valves to be able to flush properly. Without these unit cannot be flushed… current piping is cpvc.. Will be going to get material and return to repair followed by flushing the system once cx approves.. Cx approved however we have to determine if we can shut off water during business hours. Client gave the okay for water to be shut off.

Replaced kitchen faucet for hertz employee lounge. Had to shut off water to the area shut off valves for kitchen faucet do not work properly. Recommend replacing client declined to do at this time.

Arrived to location to do a preliminary plumbing inspection of proposed plumbing work as well as review permits. Permits located at door are pertaining to asphalt. 1. Washer machine drain line damaged at studor vent/ air admittance valve. Notes show not sure if tied into sanitary line or piped to French drain. Tech notes: arrived at location prepared to resolve plumbing issue. Visible leak located on 3/4” pipe in cinder block. Wall already opened prior to visit. Leak at 3/4” female adapter and nipple connection. From nipple, is hose bib connected to 3/4 pressure pipe which runs to another bib. After shutting Water shut off at main disconnected 3/4” pvc at dresser coupling and unscrewed nipped from female adapter. Pipe sealant placed on threads and tightened nipple into adapter. Other end of nipple which connects to bib also had new pipe thread sealant placed on it. Reconnected pvc plumbing and turned water back on to test. No leaks. Issue resolved. Work area cleaned. No tools or trash left on site. Advised customer that leak at nipple is resolved with warranty.

Installed supply line to lp gas grill and set and calibrated gas meter to allow proper flow for accurate gas amount to grill

This option is going to include a evaluation on the drain system in unit 1103 master bathroom. Leak detection completed I test and verified that there is no active pressure line leak or any drain leaks. Ran electronic hearing device equipment and camera scope inspection. No leaks.

Replaced p traps & drain assembly in 2 bathrooms In building 3101 After replacing checked for leaks, no leaks detected. Client had us perform complete toilet rebuilds in 2 bathrooms. Replaced guts in 2 toilets, toilet working properly.

Technician Luis Valdes arrive to jobsite garbage disposal under sink has completely seized up no way to unlock with Allen key so we are going to replace with new garbage disposal. All pipes under sink are in good condition giving a free evaluation while I do garbage disposal under sink and pipes as well as angle stops are in great condition as well as faucet also in good condition When removing garbage disposal Jabin on P-trap cracked so we will have to replace the P-trap going to give it to customer at a discounted rate because we are already doing work on site
