Arrived at location to provide customer a estimate for plumbing services. Did a preliminary plumbing inspection of plumbing. Providing customer with estimate.

Arrived at location, cx has defective gate valve at main, active leak. Prior to arrival, back flow to villa had been turned off. 1” main. Below valve, pressure pvc and above valve 1” copper. Defective valve cut out and removed. Using material on truck proceeded with repairs. 1” pressure pvc ball valve followed by male pvc adapter into female copper adapter sweated on along with 1” slip coupling. Upon testing, ran into issue/ drip at threads.. repiped section. Turned on Backflow to allow neighbors to have water ( Backflow controls water to multiple units) After adequate amount of dry time of pipe glue weld, slowly turned water on at 1” ball valve… Customer advised that there is 1 year warranty on parts and labor and if needed, section would be replaced with copper piping and brass valve. Today we used material on van to get customer and neighbor back up and running with water. No leaks at joint. Issue resolved. Work area cleaned of tools and trash. Bathroom closet to main, guest

Customers place of business is a dentist office we had an emergency dispatch due to customers place of business experiencing a water leak. Customer stated the water was turned off after it off. I saw a machine they were using is attached to water supply. It appears the machine is leaking I was able to isolate the machine from the rest of the water supply and restore the water to the rest of unit. Referred restoration to customer.

This option is going to required electronic leak search to determine the cause of water damage. Leak detection completed I checked all plumbing related fixtures pressure lines and drain lines. Recommended to customer to get a AC company out there. AC pan is full with water leaking between the wall needs to be checked.

Attempt to clear main or branch line using high pressure jetter and evaluate line with camera (difficult access). NO VIDEO Will be servicing customer tomorrow

Upon arrival I call the customer to verify if anyone was home customer recommended if we can schedule them for next week appointment. I arrived to see why the garbage disposal wasn’t working I noticed the drainage piping is installed incorrectly. The piping is backpitched and the wrong style of pipe. I will also have to lower the drain as it is too high. I will have to open the wall and locate the stack run a whole new drain arm at the correct height and pitch. We do not repair or reinstate any drywall that has been removed for access to the pipe. Estimate to follow.

Client just purchased the house and wanted a whole house inspection done. Wrote out estimates for the client for multiple jobs. Client is not moving in the house until sometime in July. Will look over the estimate and call us if she wants to move forward.

Clear kitchen drain clog from a pulled p-trap ran cable 20-30 feet. There’s a pinhole on the kitchen sink drain before it goes into the wall that I recommended repairing.

On arrival, I assessed the situation. Customer has a blockage and has had a blockage frequently over and over again. I will come out on Monday morning to perform a camera inspection to figure out why the customer is having constant blockages.

Customer was uncertain about the estimate and told me that he’ll have to speak to his father about pricing and will call us back out tomorrow to do repair on outside hose bib

Camera line from outside clean out to inspect sewer line integrity, line going to city lateral has multiple bellies that’s holding water restricting water flow , sewer pipe are sdr and is semi squished could be throwing off pitch for proper flow. Was only able to camera up to 89ft.

Excavate and expose your existing main drain line. Cut out a section of piping and install a clean-out access with a vertical riser pipe that extends to grade. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNFORSEEN UTILITIES. Attempt to clear your main drain from an outside access point using heavy duty electric snake equipment. Camera not included. NO WARRANTY ON STOPPAGES. I year warranty on parts and labor for clean out installation only will have to come back Monday to camera the sewer line for estimate for replacing line to sewer lateral. Couldn’t camera line due to heavy raining.

On arrival I assess the situation customer is going to need to replace they’re 40 gallon water heater with a new 40 gallon water heater. I suggested to the customer a tankless option they are going to think about that and get back to us. Estimates were presented customer will call us back. After they have communicated with the board on the requirements for the completion of the job.

Arrived to find client has noticed their water bill has been high and would like to find out if they have a leak in the system. Client stated that the master bath toilet would occasionally run but has noticed no other issues. I checked water meter to find the meter continually spins with no water on in home. Shut off valve to master toilet and meter stopped. While assessing home found the emergency shut off valves at fixtures leak when shut off and the water heater is located outside near main valve. Presented options to client and was informed that he has a water softener that he would like installed before proceeding with any other work. Discussed filtration with them and will follow up with more options to address their issues and concerns with their water quality.

Gave a customer a price , of 850 on this install on washer box . Will let us know ..

Estimate was given for a leak detection line and trace with electronic tool. We will be following up with this customer in a couple days regarding a whole house repipe.

Remove and install new or 1/4 turn valve

Arrived at clients residence, clients kitchen sink faucet was cut which client then put gorilla glue tape to stop leak. After doing so faucet will no longer dispose water. After inspection and trouble shooting valves and faucet identified that clients faucet was no longer working and would need to be replaced so recommend faucet swap. Client then agreed and then informed tech that he could replace faucet. Also went over options for water filtration being a source of why the fixture could have stopped working.
