Went out quickly to assist a customer with an urgent water heater repair. The customer had called us because their water heater's emergency valve was leaking. Upon arrival, I found the pressure release valve was fractured. I quickly and efficiently installed a new pressure release valve to resolve the problem. The customer was thankful for the service.
Arrived at a customer's home to repair their broken water heater. During the inspection, it was discovered that the heating element in the water heater needed to be replaced. I replaced the heating element to resolve the issue. The system is now working properly for the home again. The customer was pleased with the service.
On arrival, I assessed the situation the customer Will review our filtration units and follow up with us on whether they are going to go with the unit or not. The customer is interested in our units and estimates that were presented. Customer and I discussed multiple filtration options. Multiple options were presented. minor filtration test was performed to assess the condition of customers water we will be following up with customer regarding estimates that were presented
This option is going to require leak search including opening of 1 wall or ceiling to get access and pinpoint the leak. Upstairs master bathroom tub faucet leaking inside wall, no access panel. This repair is going to include making a opening to get access from behind master bathroom tub and replace faucet and making a access panel. Customer supplied faucet.
Route the customers house all stoppage is a kitchen sink side of the house has a wall clean out which cabins been taken off. Customer informed me that all prior unclogging’s have been done from wall clean out about 75 feet.
Arrived to find wet spot in floor between master closets just outside aster bath. Client stated she noticed the spot over the weekend and when stepping on floor water was coming up from flooring so she shut off the water supply to home. I restored water to home and performed a pressure test and test failed. Provided client options for leak detection and client agreed to proceed with electronic leak detection. *Use electronic leak detection equipment to locate and cap source of pressure leak. *Follow up with options for repair/re-route. During leak detection was sensing the leak faintly at main valve and could sense it clearly by the closet in toilet area. Open exterior wall at main valve and opened interior closet wall near toilet and found the 3/4” cold water supply to master bath was leaking. Capped line and retested home and determine that was the only leak at this time. Provided client options and she agreed to proceed with re-route. *Open necessary walls and/or ceilings to
Customer needs a water heater flush plus a scale inhibitor cartridge swap. I didn’t have the scale cartridge on hand and will need it to properly flush water heater. Gave customer estimates to choose from and will be hearing from them
This job is going to require running a camera from the roof down to assess the condition of the pipe located in the kitchen area, along with snaking underneath the kitchen sink to allow for flow for the kitchen faucet sink.

This job will entail, installing at the water heater and ion six scale inhibitor. This will give the water heater five extra years of life. Spand also descaling the inside of the water heater, cleaning it out overtime. Also installing at customers, washer and dryer laundry pro 2.0.
On arrival I assessed the situation. Customer does not need our services. They need the services of the rain soft company for their water softening system which maintenance is required on. Customer is interested in our products ion six and laundry scrubber 2.0 which will be installed tomorrow, Wednesday the 19th.
On arrival, I assessed the situation customer handled the blockage by themselves. The blockage was cleared upon my arrival went over with customer that A camera inspection would need to be performed to evaluate the condition on the pipe. Customer is OK and will handle the problem themselves.

Customer has a new kitchen faucet that appeared to be leaking when the water was turned on. I recommend replacing the kitchen faucet. Estimate is attached.

Arrived to find client has noticed moisture in the master closet and she has had a slab leak previously and is concerned she may have another. Advised client that I would pressure test home to determine what type of leak search we need to proceed with. Tested both inlets to home and they held at 60psi for 15min meaning it is not a pressure leak. Advised client that it may be a moisture barrier issue and recommend having a remediation company or general contractor assess. Evaluation fee waived.
Run a new gas line from meter about 12’ and leave connection to hook up to a generator. One year parts and labor warranty.
AT&T damage customer sewer line and repaired it and in the process of the repair they removed customer 2 way clean out and only installed a 1 way sweep for city access. Customer would like to have his 2 way clean out installed but AT&T will not do the work but will pay for it once he receives a estimate from a licensed company to do so. Gave customer estimate and should be hearing back from customer shortly.
