Customer has a leak in one of the bedrooms, we were dispatched in an attempt to locate the source of the leak. Upon investigating the area where the water damage was located I noticed that the wall adjacent to the damage is an exterior wall with very limited plumbing fixtures around. I decide to do a pressure test to determine if the leak was plumbing related. I shut down the water supply to the home, and attached the pressure gauge. While waiting for the reading it began to rain I noticed numerous cracks in the exterior portion of the wall in the area directly outside of the location of damage. I decided to go back into the home to examine the carpet where the damage has occurred. The carpet was wet to the touch after being dry when I first arrived. Also the water supply was shut off during the rainstorm, ruling out a pressure leak. I did notice the kitchen faucet was leaking. There is damage to the cabinets. Customer will order a new faucet for replacement. Estimate is attached custo
