Remove the soft blockage in your toilet. *EXTRA CHARGE IF TOILET NEEDS TO BE LIFTED DUE TO HARD FOREIGN OBJECT (ie. TOY) NO GUARRANTEE OBJECT CAN BE REMOVED.

Replace 3 accordion style drains. I eliminated the accordion style drains and replaced with hard pipe. I tested for any leaks in front of customer, no leaks at this time and everything is working as intended. 90 day warranty.

Client stated the downstairs neighbor was hearing water drip in her bathroom ceiling after I had made repairs the day before. Arrived to find that a repair coupling used for repairs has a slight leak and was dripping into ceiling below. Was able to cut out leaking coupling and make repairs.

Estimate for tub replacement and water heater. Customer has numerous leaks from fixtures. Water heater, is leaking from underneath, tub waste and overflow is leaking as well. Estimates are good for 5 business days.

Camera inspection shows that customer has roots in outside sewer line at 47 ft from roof vent stack. Gave customer estimates for sewer pipe repairs and will be awaiting for answers.

Called out to client's home to clear stoppage in main drain from an outside access point using heavy duty electric snake equipment. Got the clog clearing done successfully, water flowing freely through plumbing pipes again.

Replace commercial toilet tank see pictures/ Customer supplied part Returned 7-6-23 to install customer supplied flushmate pressurized tank. Removed old flushmate pressurized tank and installed new flushmate pressurized toilet tank.

Two estimate was given for kitchen sink stoppage.

Replace two hose for washing machine. Customer has a new washer and dryer that was supposed to be installed but was refused service due to condition of hose bibs. Price may be adjusted due to piping condition inside of wall.

On arrival, I assessed the situation. The customers urinal is still backing up. I cleared the blockage. The pipe will need to be assessed for any residual damage, because blockages are happening frequently to the urinal as a result possibly in proper pitch and septic tank waste removal must be performed annually.

Clear Sewage line from clean out I was able to clear sewage line In one area I am binding up on something. I would recommend camera inspection soon or next time we have to come out.

Basic leak search. Includes opening (1) wall or ceiling to locate leak and provide quote to repair leak. WALL/CEILING REPAIR BY CLIENT. Leak detection completed. Unit 405 I verified that it is a defective dishwasher mechanism part causing water damage to unit 305 below. I ran the dishwasher and use a camera inspector scope to detect the leak.

Customer has a 1/2 “ water spot underneath hallway ac duck line in hallway ceiling. Customers are not aware where the cause can be coming from. Will have to open ceiling wall to diagnose source of problem. Unit tenet is anal and eager about problem and would like to know exact cause for leak.

Garbage disposal not working. Supply and install new 3/4 garbage disposal One year warranty on parts and labor.
