Customer has had multiple fixtures re-piped with (pex A ) piping both hot and cold customer has all new quarter turn shut off valves all new angle stops all new supply lines. supplying hot and cold to his fixtures and faucets, along with his showers and toilets Sam jolley’s plumbing, performed a visual inspection, walk-through of the customers home and plumbing system customer has updated their plumbing system and does not have any plumbing errors or fixes (Sam jolley’s plumbing, did not perform nor install any of the work that was performs on this property)

2 inch febco 765 pvb serial # AA7308 irrigation backflow device needs to be replaced. Shut off valve does not work properly and Test Cox leaking. Estimate given for replacing Annual backflow test and inspection on a 4 inch Wilkins 375 serial #96167:FAILED Both valves will not shut off recommend replacing backflow device Estimate given for replacement

7ft gas line for propane connection

This job is going to require snaking from outside, clean out, access to remove blockage and allow for flow

Customer had a water filter leaking. I removed water filter and discarded per customers request. I removed sll plumbing associated with the filter and reinstalled copper water line that feeds the refrigerator to emergency shut off valve. I also installed a customer supplied cup washer. Labor warranty is included in both for 90 days. The copper supply line is not included in the warranty in and of itself. If there is damage causing the supply line to leak an estimate to repair/replace will be provided at that time. I recommend replacing both emergency shut off valves under the kitchen sink. Estimate is attached.

Customer has a newer toilet that she said appears to have low water volume in the bowl. I recommend a partial rebuild, as the fill valve can become clogged with debris causing lack of water entering Flush Valve. Toilet is relatively new. Customer will check with Kholer to see if toilet is still under warranty through manufacturer. Estimate only service fee is waived.

Remove P-trap underneath kitchen sink and attempt to run cable to clear blockage. This job is going to required pipe work underneath kitchen sink. Removing uncorrect adapter fitting that connects to P-trap with new drain fittings.

Installed customer supplied sink , garbage disposal and kitchen faucet all customer supplied. 1 year warranty on labor.

Customer has a leaking bidet faucet that needs to be replaced plus 2 corroded angle stops than needs replacing. Gave customer estimate for so , customer also stated that she will be supplying faucet and had previous plumber who installed 4 faucet and a bidet for $450.00 which was shown to me by customer I asked can I take a picture of estimate to have hard evidence to have supervisor match quote and she declined due to not putting out plumbers personal information.

Came to investigate a water heater that was not working. Went to the panel to see what size breaker heater is on and panel immediately started catching smoke, I ran to the truck and got the fire extinguisher and ran back at this time smoke turned into a fire coming out the panel. I put the fire out with the extinguisher. At this moment owner of home called the fire department, they came and turned off all power going to home. I advised the client they need an electrician to asses the situation.

Client has mold issues in unit 1314 bldg 5951 and needs to remove the water heater to access the affected area. After removing the water heater will return after the mold remediation is completed. Job entails drain the water heater, disconnect the plumbing and electrical, and move the heater out of the area. On the return date will need to reinstall said water heater and reconnect the plumbing and electrical. After the water heater is reinstalled will test operation. Advise client to replace their 40 gallon electric water heater while it is being removed. If client excepts will install new 40 gallon heater in the morning tomorrow. Returned the next day to reinstall water heater. The maintenance for the complex supplied a new heater to install for the unit owner. After installing check for operation and for leaks water heater is working properly with no leaks.

After investigating job, generator needs to be a minimum of 10’ from where propane tank is located. I advised the customer to talk to her contractor who build her the concrete base to have them move it 10’ away. Once done aspect is complete we can give an estimate to run a new gas line to new connection.

Out side drains in backyard not draining

Performed required annual backflow preventer inspection. Certified tester checked two backflow preventers, one Watts and one Wilkins. Both passed. Results recorded for official records.

Kitchen clog. Cleared drain for the kitchen from a pulled p trap under the kitchen sink. Ran cable 30-40 feet couple times to clear grease blockage.

Replace Moen posi temp cartridge

Customer is selling the house and looking for estimates to Repipe the house, tech will follow up with estimate

Arrived to find pot filler at cook line broke off in wall due to employees attempting to install a ball valve on the spout of pot filler to stop spout from dripping. Water is running in wall and coming out in rear of building. Contacted owner and explained repair and client agreed. *Open stainless steel wall behind cook line to expose and repair broken hot water supply to pot filler. After making necessary repairs, I reinstalled existing pot filler and restored water to building and before I could test for leaks an employee was cranking on the faucet with and 18” pixie wrench attempting to get the ball valve they installed to stop leaking. Advised employee that he will break it again if he continues to tamper with the fixtures. Pot filler is leaking from spout and is not repairable due to them modifying the fixture in an attempt to stop leak. Recommend replacing with commercial grade pot filler. *Supply and install 3 new commercial pot filler w/chrome finish. (See attached photo)
