Conducted a backflow test and recertification to ensure the integrity of the water supply system. Utilized specialized testing equipment to measure water pressure and flow rates. Working with a client in Delray Beach, I pulled and reset a toilet to address a leaking base. I replaced the old wax ring with a new one, ensuring a watertight seal, and securely fastened the toilet to the floor flange. The job was completed with a thorough leak test to confirm a solid installation.

Performed toilet reset. Shut off water supply line valve. Removed tank lid to access internal components. Manually operated flapper valve to clear obstruction and force flush. Reset fill valve height and reattached flapper chain. Verified proper operation of flush cycle and water level after reassembly. Confirmed no leaks present.

A homeowner faced a sewage backup issue in their yard. Upon inspection, I found a clog in the septic tank outlet pipe. I cleared the blockage, recommended septic tank maintenance, and provided tips to prevent future backups, restoring proper sewage flow.

Arrive at location prepared to provide customer with proposal to install filtration system. Customer doesn’t have filtration as of yet but has been priced filtration system at $1800 but doesn’t include the plumbing installation. Discussed the benefits of the halo 2, halo 5, and halo 3. Condo unit on first floor. Halo 2 is better option due to not having to maintenance and system not needing to discharge. Providing customer with a few options including a proposal for halo 2 and an proposal for installation of client supplied filtration system. Location of install will be in washer machine closet in which client stays she will clear out.

Install customer supplied water filtration system for under the kitchen sink. After installing checked operation and for leaks. No leaks and working properly.

Estimate to install reverse osmosis system. Client said he will try to install himself.

On arrival I assess the customer situation. The customer has a shower valve body that is seized along with a toilet that is completely shattered. Into 1000 pieces tank to bowl is no longer usable. It is compromised. And customer is advised it will need to be replaced. $69 evaluation fee was emailed to customer. Customer is going to fill it out and contact us back to follow up with estimates that were presented.

Customer is not at the property and is looking for 6 sink p trap replacement. Customer would like to have it done tomorrow if possible.

This option is going to include whole house leak detection electronic hearing test for any pressure water leaks and camera inspection scope for any drain leaks. Leak detection completed check all toilet with dye coloring test I verify that the source of water damage is caused by guest hallway sink pop-up assembly and AC unit. I recommend getting a company to check out AC vent needs to be check on. Also verify there is no pressure waterline leaks this leak is caused by a drainage system plumbing related.
