This invoice is for troubleshooting the neo-rest toilet. Customers complaint was the toilet continuously flushed. Upon inspection I noticed that every once in a while it will continually run with out filling the tank. It appears to be in self clean mode while it’s running which is normal operation. It also maybe the flapper. The toilet itself is under warranty, customer will contact manufacturer to discuss warranty options.

Customer needs a new water heater replacement due to existing water heater leaking. Water heater is located underneath kitchen cabinets. Will need kitchen cabinets removed to remove and install new heater. Customer has a tenant and the owner is responsible for replacement. Owner is shopping around for best price available.

Evaluation fee. Two estimate was emailed to client to perform a leak detection.

Paul arrival client had a kitchen drain clog. Ran cable 20-30 feet from a pulled p-trap under the kitchen sink to clear blockage.

Client has a 1/2” copper LP gas line ran through attic space to supply the cooktop in kitchen and stated that he’s started smelling gas in the laundry room and garage after ha I’ve air handlers in attic space serviced and would like to test for leaks. *Use manometer to test gas system in home. *Follow up with quote for repair if necessary. When preparing for drop test found there was an odor at tank, sprayed connections within tank lid and found the shut off valve to tank leaking when in on or off position (Video of leak would not load to invoice). Advised client to contact gas provider to address valve on tank. Connected manometer to gas system at home and system held at 14”w.c. For 15 min. meaning systems is leak free. Client will contact AmeriGas to address valve at LP tank.

Replaced toilet shut off valve on the first floor and replaced hot shut off valve for the bathroom faucet in the guest bathroom on the second floor. Client also renewed her membership with a gold account.

Deposit collected. Drained old 30 gallon water heater. Client wants a tankless water heater will return Thursday to start the work. Will return Friday 1st call to put in the tankless water heater. Installed the fixture shut off valves and the tankless heater. Electrician will be out Wednesday to do the electrical work and I’ll be back Wednesday also when the part for the toilet comes in. Returned 7-3-23 to rebuild American standard toilet. After rebuilding checked operation, toilet is working properly.

This option is going to required customer supplied gas tankless water heater with service valves. Water heater motherboard damage due to power surge.

Client would like us to install a heat coil in front of air return and connect cooler to exterior water heater.

A faucet I installed is defective gonna install a new Fossett for a customer

Upon arrival client stated that his kitchen drain is backed up and the guest bathroom toilet would not flush. After diagnosing the issue in the kitchen and bathroom determined the guest bathroom needed a new fill valve and the kitchen drain needed to be snaked. Client has money to rebuild the guest bathroom toilet and will call back for the kitchen drain another time. Replaced the fill valve and flapper for the guest bathroom toilet and checked operation. Toilet fills up properly and flushes properly. Recommend to the client to do a complete toilet rebuild when they can.

Customer would like an updated estimate on plumbing repairs, tech will follow up with estimate

Gave estimate to put a gas test for kitchen gas header in the restaurant of the holiday in. After investigating the gas line and appliances found that the gas range (6 burners) only three had a pilot lit the other three where not lit. I shared my findings with the GM of the hotel and explained that all burners need to be lit. I advised customer most likely smell is coming from there but still advised customer to put a test on the line.
