Went to a residential home to repair the water heater for a homeowner. They had called us because their system was not working properly. When I inspected the system, I found a bad gasket which was causing the malfunction. I was able to replace the gasket on the water heater to resolve the issue for the homeowner. The customer was happy to have hot water again.

Provided a plumbing repair for a customer who called us about a leaking pipe under their kitchen sink. When I arrived at the customer's house I inspected the pipe and found that the pipe joint was loose and causing the leak. I tightened the joint and checked the pipe for any other leaks. The kitchen sink is now operating as it should. The customer was pleased with the service.

Arrived at a residential home to repair their water heater. The customer had called us because their hot water was smelling like rotten eggs. I was able to install a new water heater anode rod to resolve the issue. The water no longer smells and the system is working properly for the home again. The customer was pleased with the plumbing service.

Went out to provide a plumbing repair for a residential customer. They had called us about a small leak that was coming from their ceiling. Upon my arrival, I cut the ceiling open and found a small drain pipe was leaking under their tub. I was able to seal the leak with plumbers epoxy. The leak has been repaired for the customer.

I arrived on property. Customer has a crack, toilet wanted to get a quote for a customer supplied toilet installation. I also offered an annual membership. Customer accepted both

Undertook a repiping project in an aging residential property with deteriorating galvanized pipes. Removed the old piping system and replaced it with modern PEX pipes for improved water flow and reduced corrosion risk. Arrived at location, client has in issue but separate from issue that was just resolved on main water line. Faucet in bay next door is leaking. Leak located at base of porcelain underneath at nut.. also hot water side not in use so drip is also seen at hot water side of faucet as male threads where a supply line would go… needs to be capped… Also observed that angle stop valve is frozen Backflow is also dripping. Providing customer with a few options for bathroom repair as well Backflow troubleshooting and repair… Customer mentioned that he buy faucet himself and install.. verbally gave customer price for customer supplied faucet.

This job requires opening two walls to assess an address where water is coming from and provide a quote for a repair installation error on the behalf of the re-pipe install and not on the roofing install team for the building

Two options were presented an email to customer. AC condensation drain line clog.

Install new 3/4” PEX cold water supply in ceiling of warehouse and down to 2 bathrooms connecting to existing piping above slab. Drywall repairs by others. 5 year warranty. 8.8.2023 Technician Notes Arrived at location, prepared for repipe of main water line from Backflow to bathrooms located on back side of warehouse. Work began with using chipping hammer drill, to core a hole through brick at location of Backflow. 3/4” copper ran through wall and vertical run upward for about 10’. Vertical run supported with pipe strap. Beam clamps used as pipe support were put in place on beam before running uponor piping on horizontal run towards back of ware house. Pipe offsets by way of tee fitting and runs towards both bathrooms supported by beam clamps and straps for pipe running horizontal on wall before dropping into bathrooms. 8.9.2023 Technician Notes. Arrived at location, prepared to complete job. In both bathrooms, section of copper was repiped with new ball valves and transitioned

This leak detection is going to include electronic/trace to find the other end of the manifold. Slab leak. This job will require a up and over repipe. Ran three-quarter copper pipe on the exterior wall entered into the attic to connect uponor three-quarter pex to feed cold manifold.

Arrived to find client has noticed water coming up from slab inside warehouse and would like to have the line replaced. Went over options with client and presented, and client declined at this time.

Client stated that she has been smelling gas in the home and would like to know is they have a leak. Assess system and found there is not a shut off valve for the cook top and the gas supply to water heater is 3/8” copper and recommend updating, also Lund the existing heater water shut off is leaking and corroded, the T&P from heater is also 3/8 and should be upgraded. Presented options and client elected to go with the good solution. *Install new emergency gas shut off valve for existing range. *Perform drop test on existing gas system to test for leaks. *If system fails test will follow up with options to remedy. When removing gas supply to rang the adapter in wall broke, I was able to extract and complete work. After installing cooktop shut off valve I then performed drop test and the system held a 12.5” water column for 1t min. System passed dropped test.

Repaired damaged 90” that was leaking. Installed new one and new hose bib supplied by customer.

Client’s guest bathroom toilet would not stop running after diagnosing determined that the fill valve was defective and needed replacing. Gave client estimate to perform a partial toilet rebuild. Client accepted estimate. After replacing fill valve and flapper checked operation, toilet is working properly.

Upon inspection of the backflow device installation, city of Pompano Beach said to raise the backflow an extra 4 inches for the relief valve to be 12 inches from the ground. After raising the backflow device re-tested the 1 inch Wilkins 975xl2 serial #abr3920:PASSED 1st check valve-9.0 psi Relief valve-3.8 psi 2nd check valve-1.8 psi

This job will require running a camera from unit 101 to unit 102 to assess the condition of the pipes in the wall going down between both units for units 101 and 102 Upon further inspection of the mainline pipe for unit 101 and 102, the pipe has been compromised by roots heavyset roots have caused the pipe to fill with water, not allowing proper flow a tunnel will have to be performed to remove the damaged section of pipe approximately 25 feet

Customer wanted a customer supplied faucet , basket strainer and P trap installation under $200. Once price was presented customer asked me to leave.

Customer has a drainage leak coming from what appears to be a laundry room stack. We will return to camera the line identify any issues and present an estimate for repair. I recommend having home owners use the first floor laundry room for now. This is a “Pam Price”( high volume) discount was applied. Customer has cast iron pipes.
