Proposing to repair replace Moen tub/ shower cartridge and handle. Current cartridge and handle damaged. 1 YEAR WARRANTY ON LABOR AND PARTS After approval, proceeded with work. Water turned off at main valve, located on back patio. Removed Moen cartridge. Moen cartridge replaced along with handle, key stop, adjustable temperature limit stop, and handle adjuster. All the existing pieces were damaged. After install, water turned back on at valve slowly. Allowed water to drain at tub spot. Tested for correct functioning. Issue resolved. Work area cleaned of tools and trash.

Arrived at location prepared to investigate kitchen sink leak. Office advised no eval or service fee. Ran water at sink faucet to do a preliminary inspection of plumbing under the sink. No leaks at ptrap, jbend, trap adapter, garbage disposal, angle stop valves and no leaks on supply line connections. Filled sink up and splashed water on seal in between sink and counter.. no leaks found. Under sink, condensate water observed. Wiped to dry.. Kraus Stainless steel sink… after researching on kraus webiste on reason for condensate on sink and solutions, it was revealed that customer recently had work done in wall behind sink on the patio area 3 days ago and there was an open hole… this is the same time frame customer noticed water under sink. Customer also mentioned that the wetness under sink has been minimizing. Gave customer estimates for whole home upgrade and customer supplied water filtration. Customer will be contacting us once husband gets home to make decisions on which estimates they would like to move forward

Gave customer a few options on water heater replacement. No service fee. If customer is moving forward with an estimate, we require a 50% deposit and remaining balance is due upon completion of work.

Gave several estimates to repipe kitchen drains which are not up to code, also another estimate to repipe line for refrigerator.

This leak detection is going to require electronic sound and trace to verify if it is a pressure leak or a drain leak and to determine which fixture in the client home is causing water damage. Leak detection completed we verify that it is not a pressure waterline leak due to a pressure gauge test for the whole home and we verify that it is not the guest bathroom tub drain we ran a camera to visually inspect the drain for the tub. We noticed the guest bathroom toilet was leaking due to overflow and backup. Plumbing related. On arrival assess the situation customer has a backed up toilet in their master bathroom. Also, one of the customers toilets are going to need to be pulled and reset one of the customers toilets in their guest bathroom has a week wax ring. It is causing the toilet to leak that will need to be replaced.

Called out for plumbing pipe repair. Excavate in proposed area to expose 1” main line to repair damaged line. Remove existing damaged piping and install new 1” copper pipe to code. Backfill trench with existing soil to rough grade. This service comes with a 1 year warranty on parts and labor. City came out to customer's home explaining how his water usage is over the normal amount and why he needs a licensed plumber to evaluate and repair any damages. After this service the customer's water usage will be reduced due to fixing the damaged and leaky pipes. This will save them money on their water bill and conserve resources.
