I arrived on site and was told the customer shower was not functioning correctly. Hi Jan, cleaning out fixtures and noticed that the shower valve was clogged with sediment. Customer wanted me to fix shower valve after cleaning it out and putting it back together. I noticed it was completely compromised and then gave the customer an option for a new shower valve. Customer agreed and also wanted a new showerhead and handheld installed. I went to go pick up supplies including shower valve. Handheld and showerhead, etc. return to property and installed new shower valve with repair trim and new showerhead and handheld upon leaving property. Customer asked to have somebody come out to do an estimate on a complete re-pipe.

Arrived to find an American Standard toilet in west bathroom worked on by previous tech was leaking from tank bolt on left side, I was able to tighten bolts and tests toilet. Toilet now operating correctly and leak free.

Customer would like to move forward with camera inspection Waiting to schedule, needs to confirm date

Recall: toilet runs after replacing flush valve and fill valve ordered new flush valve and gaskets and will reinstall when parts arrive.

Estimate to install water heater has to be sent to management for approval

This option include removing existing cartridge from shower valve.

grease trap may need to be pumped out to create flow for the building upon further evaluation, of the buildings draining system and pressure system the customer has a pressure problem with the bathroom faucets customer is going to contact their contractor for information on the layout of the piping in the bathrooms. Customer is losing pressure in their toilets and in their faucets the bathrooms toilets are flushing fine. Customer does not have a blockage. Just lose of pressure.

This job would include unclogging the main line that is stopping up for toilets no warranty included on sneaking

Called out to remove cast iron sewer piping and replace with schedule 40 PVC sewer pipes. PVC pipes for sewer system means fewer stoppages and easier to work on.

Install a customer supplied garbage disposal, as well as a thorough testing to ensure proper installation. DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY PIPING.

Three estimate was given for kitchen sink faucet install.

In the master bathroom, replaced the shut off valve with a 1/4 turn shut off for the toilet and performed a complete toilet rebuild. In the guest bathroom performed a partial toilet rebuild. After completing the jobs check for operation and for leaks toilets are working properly and the shut off valve is not leaking. Client purchased a gold membership also

Three estimate was given one for whole house water conditioner system the other was for customer supply parts.

Estimate only no evaluation fee The school gymnasium has a boys and girls rest room. They would like to replace 5 standard toilets with pressure assist toilets. The girls room has a total of three toilets, boys has a total of two toilets. Customer has a need for tow ADA style pressure assist toilets two for each bathroom (boys and girls). One smaller size for the children in both bathrooms, and one standard height for the girls bathroom. Customer also has a leaking water fountain which he would like to replace. He would like that water fountain to be filtered. Will create estimate and follow up with estimate.

Client has been experiencing water seeping into meter room when it rains and would like to install a pump in the meter room in an attempt to prevent room from flooding. Met with Natalie on site, went over details and explained that due to the room being so small it will be very tight to install a sump pit and also the existing electric coming into and leaving meter room is under the floor and may inhibit us from installing sump pit. From what I can see the water appears to be seeping in through the west wall of room. Advised client may to contact a water proofing contractor to possibly seal the surrounding walls to prevent the water from getting into the room.

Service fee only. Customer has a water heater from 1992. It appears to be working but not at full capacity, customer inquired about replacing elements I do not recommend replacing elements and thermostat due to the age condition and location of the heater. I recommend replacing the heater with a new unit. Estimate is attached.

Client had a running toilet after we installed a rubber disk for an American standard flush valve flapper. Repositioned the rubber gasket and checked operation. Toilet is working properly with no more running toilet.

On arrival assess the customers situation. The customer has a blockage in their toilet mainline and will need to be snaked with an electronic cable. I advised the customer the customer is going to contact the maintenance team associated with the building and get back to us for further notice.

Client wanted to replace the shower heads in the guest bathroom and the master bathroom shower. In the guest bathroom the toilet was constantly running wanted to rebuild said toilet. Client accepted estimate to install 2 customer supplied shower heads a new handle for the guest bathroom shower and to rebuild toilet in guest bathroom. After installing the 2 new shower heads checked operation and for leaks, both showers are working properly with no leaks. Replaced the fill valve in the guest bathroom toilet to stop the toilet from running. Checked operation and for leaks, toilet working properly with no leaks. Have to order new shower handle in the guest bathroom. Will return to install when the part arrives.

Replacing a section of leaking polybutylene fittings and transition to copper to complete spot repair. No warranty. I recommend to client replacing all polybutylene pipes that is feeding both showers.

Gave estimate to customer to run new 3/4 gas line to connect for new range.
