Went out to assist a residential customer whose basement ceiling was leaking. After arriving at the home, I thoroughly inspected the area and found a broken pipe behind the washing machine was leaking and causing the damage. I was able to replace the broken pipe to resolve the issue. The customer was thankful for the service.

Went out to provide a plumbing repair for a residential customer. They had called us because their water heater was leaking. When I arrived at the home, I inspected the water heater. I found that the drain valve was leaking, which was causing the water heater to lose pressure. I was able to replace the drain valve to resolve the issue. I confirmed that the system was no longer leaking and working correctly before departing.

Plumbing repair at a residential home. The customer had found water dripping in the hallway. Went out to the home to find the leak's origin. I discovered the leak was coming from a pipe that was placed improperly. I was able to replace the affected pipe to resolve the issue for the customer. I also cleaned up the water in the vicinity before departing.

Toilet repair: Responded to a residential call regarding a persistently running toilet. Diagnosed a faulty flapper valve that was preventing the tank from properly refilling and causing water wastage. Replaced the flapper valve, adjusted the fill mechanism, and confirmed the toilet was functioning efficiently.

Conducted a water heater maintenance check in a residence. Drained the tank to remove sediment buildup that was affecting heating efficiency. Inspected the anode rod for corrosion and replaced it if necessary, extending the lifespan of the water heater and ensuring consistent hot water supply.

Assessed a dripping showerhead causing water wastage and low water pressure. Identified mineral deposits clogging the showerhead's nozzles. Removed the showerhead, soaked it in a descaling solution, and cleaned out the blockages, resulting in improved water flow and reduced leakage.

Main sewer blockage this is going to require a electric snake machine to clear Mainline.

Proposing to enter crawl space to identify leak on water supply pipe. Garage floor has wetness and moisture. After approval proceeded with leak detection. Access to crawl space located in garage. Climbed in to inspect pipe. Mainly copper pipe 1/2” and 3/4” pipe underneath with a section of pex b piping. All joints and connections inspected. No wetness, drips, or leaks found. Everything dry. Proceeded with a water meter test. Customer advised not to use water while doing so. Observing meter dial and low flow indicator. 3:09 pm meter dial read 007896 3:14pm meter dial read 007896 3:19pm meter dial read 007896 Low flow indicator has no movement, 10 minutes. Nothing is leaking. It is my determination that water that water that customer seen on garage floor was residual from a recent storm where water did come into garage.. Leak detection complete. Access to crawl space closed.

Pulled and reset toilet replaced wax seal and Johnny bolts upon removing toilet I realized that the toilet flange was an inch and a half to 2 inches above the tile floor and with this height the toilet would never properly sit on the tile floor causing the leak to begin with,Customer plans to repair toilet flange in the future

Job would entail the re-placing of water service line and getting rid of the sprinkler system line Replacing galvanize pipe for water service with upanor pex as well as possibly changing hose bib and shut off Water Deposit was paid, arrived to job on Saturday to get customer up and running on a temporary water fix until we can get the meter flange. Customer has been out of water since Wednesday. Customer now has running water. Mira flange was ordered and purchased by company to replace old meter flange as well as piping

Arrived at location. Tankless electric heater not giving hot water. No error codes. Shut off power to heater at breaker box.. Powered back on to check if receiving power. Correct voltage at terminals. Power isn’t the issue. Called tech support. Serial number Rn 224199-8571-001838 Spoke with tech support. Heater over 10 years old. No warranty. Providing customer with replacement options. Customer would to discuss options with spouse. Today customer billed for troubleshooting. If services rendered, the amount paid today will be deducted from accepted estimate.

Client had a branch clog in the guest bathroom on the side of the master bathroom. Client has a belly in the section of pipe that backed up. Will create an estimate to tunnel and replace section of pipe.

This job will include snaking to remove blockage and allow for flow also installing a three-quarter ball valve main shut off water valve

Three estimate was given for leak detection.

Arrive to jobsite, and upon arrival customer show me his bathroom that where we did the shower pan there is a shower odor coming from the shower also on the opposite restroom they do not use the shower at all so it could be from not use a shower in the P-trap that shower odor is arriving Inform customer that I will run camera to check cast-iron lines condition and jet line to clear out all debris that could be causing the sewer odor

Remove trap/drain assembly on the kitchen/lav drain in an attempt to clear the line with an electric cable machine to create flow. KITCHEN DRAIN LINES MAY NEED TO BE HYDRO JETTED TO CLEAR EXCESSIVE GREASE.

Customer did not agree with previous estimate price

Will have to reschedule due to tenants not being available for entry On the second appointment upon arrival, I assessed the situation. The toilet flange is sitting too low, not allowing for a proper seal on the wax ring. It will need to be adjusted higher to accommodate for a flush fitting for the toilet, so that water will not leak onto the second floor after every flush. Also, customer is requesting additional work for shower valves and a three-quarter ball valve install ( no work was performed) . Customer was not available on site. Customer will be returning. Customer is going for the estimates. We just are not able to perform work at this time due to customer not on site.

I am Luis Valdez arrived to call to assess a faucet leak which wind up being a garbage disposal so customer has insinkrator 750 that completely gave out, tested GFI sockets tested all electric electric runs with no issue. Going to change out for like for like.

Opened section of wall behind water heater to determine if we could install a main shut off valve for the unit. Determine that the water coming into the unit does not have a main cold water supply.
