The drains are consistently slow to empty, and there is a foul odor coming from the kitchen sink. These signs indicate a likely clog in the drainpipes, possibly caused by a buildup of grease, food particles, or other debris over time. The slow drainage suggests that water and waste are not flowing freely through the pipes, leading to backups and unpleasant smells. We begin by using a plunger to attempt to dislodge the clog then create a mixture of baking soda and vinegar and pour it down the drain, allowing it to sit and fizz for about 15 minutes before flushing with hot water.

Conducted camera inspection of main drain line requiring roof access. Accessed vent pipe on single story roof using ladder and safety equipment. Ran self-leveling color camera head into line. Inspected interior pipe condition and located partial obstruction at 30 foot mark. Appears to be build-up of roots and debris. Recommended hydro-jetting service to clear blockage. Provided video recording and photos documenting findings.
