Job Locations and Reviews
Observed signs of water damage on the ceiling and walls near the bathroom, indicating a potential plumbing leak. The visible water stains and dampness suggest an ongoing issue. Conducted a thorough inspection and identified a leaking pipe behind the wall. Replaced the damaged section with new PEX piping to ensure a secure and leak-free connection. Addressing plumbing leaks promptly is crucial to prevent further damage and mold growth. For expert plumbing repair services, contact us to safeguard your home.
The drains are consistently slow to empty, and there is a foul odor coming from the kitchen sink. These signs indicate a likely clog in the drainpipes, possibly caused by a buildup of grease, food particles, or other debris over time. The slow drainage suggests that water and waste are not flowing freely through the pipes, leading to backups and unpleasant smells. We begin by using a plunger to attempt to dislodge the clog then create a mixture of baking soda and vinegar and pour it down the drain, allowing it to sit and fizz for about 15 minutes before flushing with hot water.
I recently completed a job where I diagnosed and fixed a dishwasher that was leaking from the seal. The issue was caused by water backing up from the kitchen sink waste arm. To prevent future leaks, I installed an air gap. The homeowners, who are in their 90s, received a senior discount on the work.
Conducted camera inspection to diagnose clogged drain. Accessed drainage system through cleanout access point. Inserted flexible camera head and pushed through piping. Identified obstruction located approximately 25 feet downstream of access point. Obstruction appeared to be tree root infiltration. Recommended hydrojetting and root removal service to clear blockage.
Identified source of water leak as toilet supply line connection at tank. Shut off angle stop valve to prevent further water damage. Disconnected supply line from fill valve shank. Cleaned threads and applied new thread sealant tape. Reconnected supply line and restored water service. Checked for leaks under pressure. Leak resolved.
LEAKING TOILET
Conducted camera inspection of main drain line requiring roof access. Accessed vent pipe on single story roof using ladder and safety equipment. Ran self-leveling color camera head into line. Inspected interior pipe condition and located partial obstruction at 30 foot mark. Appears to be build-up of roots and debris. Recommended hydro-jetting service to clear blockage. Provided video recording and photos documenting findings.
Leaking toilet
Installed a submersible sump pump with battery backup in the basement, providing reliable flood prevention during heavy rainfalls and power outages.
Three estimate was given for toilet install and flange install.
On arrival, I assessed the situation, went over the customers home with a fine tooth comb. The customer wants multiple upgrades and installs. Will be following up with the customer regarding the estimates and future work
This job required installing kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal that customer supplied. Also installing 3 new angle stop valves quarter turn with a new P-trap underneath kitchen sink.
