Located and repaired a pinhole leak in a copper water main by applying a durable epoxy coating, eliminating the need for a costly and intrusive pipe replacement.

Replaced kitchen faucet with an American standard kitchen faucet. Kitchen line clog on the side with the basket strainer. Pulled p-trap and cleared line running snake 10-20 feet. Side had a grease buildup.

This job will include performing a leak detection which includes opening 2 to 3 walls to determine and locate the area that is leaking/which line is leaking This job will require running a cold line 30 feet from the laundry room to the outside exterior hose bib on the right side of the home in (uponor) piping

Called out for no water. Clients main shut off valve was turned off

Estimate to remove and replace 3 toilets. Customer purchased said toilet’s just needs them picked up. Client declined the estimate stating the price was to high

Replace master bathroom hot and cold shut off valves and faucet. Replace hot and cold shut off valves in the guest bathroom. Had to order bathroom faucet will return when the part arrives.

Install new 1/4 turn emergency shut off valve at fixture (1) Replace fill valve for master bath Kohler toilet.

Dr. Has sediment filter controlled by a solenoid valve at water inlet to office and the solenoid is currently on the outlet side of filter and needs to be relocated to the inlet. Cut out piping and reinstalled with new bypass and solenoid on inlet side of filter. Restored water and tested for leaks, no leaks. Dr. Connected wiring to solenoid, testes and unit operating correctly. *Re-locate solenoid valve for sediment filter in doctors office. *One year warranty for supplied parts and labor.

Client is having a new refrigerator installed and was advised that she would need new shut off valve underneath the kitchen sink to be able to turn off the icemaker line. Gave the client an estimate to replace 4 kitchen shut off valves, a 1 inch main shut off valve and to hard pipe the water heater with an ion 6 and replace 2 shut off valves for the water heater. Client accepted the estimate to do the work today.

Client is replacing counter tops in kitchen area and needs to have the kitchen sink waste and water disconnected so the counter can be removed. Once counter tops are reinstalled client will contact us to reconnect new sink, faucet, and disposal. *Remove kitchen sink, and cap off waste and water so countertops can be removed. *Install new 1/4 turn emergency shut off valves under kitchen sink. *Supply and install 2 new H20 whole home water filtration and conditioning system and main water inlet to home. Complete with new shut off valves, bypass, and 10 year full warranty. Client would like to wait on the filtration systems until our return visit to connect the new kitchen sink.

*Supply and install Grohe “GROHMIX” thermo shower cartridge. (3-5 day lead time for parts) *Install client supplied disposal and connect waste. *Install client supplied kitchen faucet. *Remove under counter filter.

Water service is going to required digging to expose and remove the existing pipe to install a brand new waterline with uponor type A piping will be running 52 feet from the ball valve main water shut off to the meter box. on arrival customer is informed that they are going to have to have a main water service repair

Main 2” copper line has a small leak on the solder connection. Main line needs to be shut down to be able to cut line and do the necessary repairs.

Client has not been able to get hot enough water in her shower in the master bath, his shower on opposite side of wall is functioning correctly. Advised client that since the issue issue is isolated to the her shower that it is typically the shower cartridge and I will need to remove to identify and client agreed. When attempting to remove, cartridge broke leaving the balancing spool portion in valve body. Was able to remove after some effort. Advised client I would get the availability of parts needed and send over options for repair via email.

Replaced 1 inch main shut off valve (gate valve) with a new 1 inch 1/4 turn ball valve. Replaced 1/2 inch hose bib with a new 1/2 inch 1/4 turn ball valve hose bib. In the garage replaced 1/2 inch copper pipe near the water heater that was leaking and installed 1/4 turn ball valve.

Job is going to get done on June 9 that is the only time both clients will be off so I can close main water to do my repairs

Client currently has a filtration system from their previous home they would like to have installed. I explained the complication that may arise with installing a used filtration system and also the unit not having any warranty it is not recommended to reuse the system and would be more beneficial to upgrade to a more current system. Presented options and client declined at this time.

Met with Chris From NAF construction onsite to go over details of relocating existing powder bath approx 15’ to the east where kitchen sink is currently located and relocating kitchen sink approximately 20’ to the north. Client specified they would like copper piping for water supplies (SOLDER).
