Arrived at a residential location to address a leaking under-sink drain. Identified a corroded and damaged drainpipe causing the leak. Replaced the damaged section with a new PVC pipe, secured all connections, and conducted a leak test to confirm proper repair.

Supply and install a tub/shower or shower valve with wall previously opened. Wall/tile repair by others. Customer wanted estimate for shower valve replacement, customer supplied. Customer is shopping around for best price and will get back to us if can’t find a better deal that’s presented
- Pull toilet to access drain line - Attempt to remove foreign object from main drain line - Replace wax ring and WC bolts - Reset Toilet NO WARRANTY *** This estimate doesn't include any plumbing repairs, this estimate is to attempt to remove foreign object only *** *** If technician fails to clear drain line, Sam Jolleys Plumbing will provide second option, to remove concrete and perform spot repair *** Object could not be retrieved. I tried to snake it but object got stuck to my snake and wouldn’t allow me to retrieve my snake or object. After fighting to pull snake back after a 5-10 min fight I was able to retrieve snake but not the object inside line. Will have to excavate to repair damage line.
Evaluate the condition of your Main/Branch Line using a video inspection camera by removing your toilet as a point of entry. Pulled toilet and camera line and found that there’s some sort of object obstructing proper flow for water and sewage approximately 7 ft from toilet flange in the main line. Will send estimates for repair.
Customer is bathroom is backing up and overflowing when other tenets above them are causing the back ups. Will need to camera line
Plumbing fixture repair: Client tried to replace his toilet fill valve and had issues trying to remove it. Gave an estimate to perform a partial toilet rebuild (customer supplied parts) Client accepted estimate. Replaced the fill valve and toilet flapper on the guest bathroom toilet.
Customer toilet needs to be rebuilt and Dj gave customer estimate for so , toilet flush valve gasket and flapper is deteriorating and needs a complete rebuild. Took pictures of toilet to order necessary parts for repair. Once customers agrees to estimate we will proceed with the rebuild. Customer was also so present but was laying in bed while child directed me for problems.
On arrival, I noticed the customer had a blockage in their P-trap line. I performed an electronic cable and snake two clear said blockage.
Customer was aware that bathroom wide spread sink faucet (hot side) faucet handle needed a new cartridge, I explained that it’s more than a cartridge situation and that we don’t carry those specific ones due to every faucet is different and host certain cartridges. The bathroom faucet is over 13 yrs old and customer would like to keep same faucet due to decor. I offered to change out both faucets to for uniform reasons and customer declined also was misinformed by scr (Joseph) over the phone about sink faucet situation. Customer didn’t like the fact she was told something different and pricing wasn’t favorable. I told customer I would contact management to see about discounts to move forward with services hopefully can help her out. I explained that if no work is performed that she’ll have to pay the $69. Service fee. Customer denied the service fee due to misinformation.
