Client has noticed that there is a wet spot in yard by a/c unit and would like to have the issue resolved. Fount the water service is leaking and also the bibs around home and main valve not shutting off completely. Presented option ps and client elected to go with the “Better Solution” from option sheet. *Excavate area up to 3’ deep to expose compromised piping and replace up to 5’ of piping with approved transitions. *Install new 1/4 turn exterior hose bib. (2) *Install new 1/4 turn main shut off valve. *1 year warranty. After performing work, restored water to property and tested, found no leaks and system maintained 65psi.

Garbage disposal not working also left side of dual kitchen sink not draining properly it could have to do with the disposal. Customer will be paying 50% deposit today for me to come back next Monday the 8th of May. First call Monday morning.
