Upon arrival I assess the situation and gave the customer three estimates depending on condition of shower diverter valve cartridge replacement or valve replacement.

Client does not want the work done here to find source of leak. Only source of leak found was washing machine valve leaking, Which client did not want to fix because she said it wasn’t leaking that bad.

Arrived at location, client has active leak on main. Client escorted me to main outside of home, they observed water coming out wall where pipe runs into home.. After approval of leak detection proceeded with opening concrete at location of pipe. Wall opened and manifold exposed. Water traveling through sleeve and coming out in Cinder block. 3/4” copper. Trip to supply shop for 3/4” shark bite caps to cut pipe and cap to stop active leak. Customer advised once capped we will determine which fixture need repiped and provide estimate for repipe repair. After capped, it was revealed that the water supply to water heater was the culprit.. Providing customer with proposal for repair/ repipe.

Customer needs a whole home re pipe estimate and a re pipe estimate for the hot water line for entire home. Will need to get it Ivan to create estimate

What is the job to find out that line has a bad disposal as well as what seems to be possible corroded joint on PVC pipe inform customer that call was supposed need to be changed. Customer says he had a warranty so they did not wanna further go on with the job, so I inform customer that it will be charged a service fee.

Replace existing copper pipe that’s damaged by pin hole leak. Install 1 ft of new 1” copper piping to code. Check all fittings to insure no leaks. 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

Inclusions; -Hand excavate, replace approx. 65' of existing cast iron with pvc due to damaged cast iron piping causing root intrusion. -Use flex shaft to rod out existing roots. Exclusions; -Not responsible for any future compromised existing cast iron sewer line. Customer was offered a full sewer replacement and declined. -Sod replacement if necessary. (Will use due care) -Permit. -Not responsible for any unforeseen utilities or irrigation piping.

This option is going to require digging to expose existing cast-iron piping and removing massive tree roots that cause damage to cast iron on the exterior. Recommend to customer to hire a tree company to remove the tree stump outside. Install schedule 40 PVC. About 65 feet of pipe replacement and new. INCLUSIONS; -Excavate by hand and dig and replace 65 feet of cast iron pipe with pvc wrapped around and connect to city connection. Also remove the roots and camera the line. -Platinum membership included. -10 year parts & workmanship warranty. Exclusions; Doesn't include replacement of sod, will use due care. Doesn't include any unforeseen utilities/irrigation lines.

Install a customer supplied kitchen or laundry faucet including a thorough check of all shutoffs under the sink, as well as connecting water supply lines.

Garbage disposal is leaking. Need to install different garbage disposal. Returned 7-5-23 to install a moan disposal. After install checked operation disposal working properly with no more leaks.

Removed existing customers toilet located in the upstairs guest bedroom bathroom replaced existing toilet with brand new Kohler, two piece toilet in upstairs guest bedroom bathroom

On arrival I assessed the situation. The customers kitchen sink faucet was leaking. I replaced it for a new faucet that is now working. Customer is also going to have a toilet put in on Monday morning. Customer paid 50% of the job on Saturday. And will be requesting DJ to return to install the new Kohler elongated toilet.

Basic leak search. Includes opening (1) wall or ceiling to locate leak and provide quote to repair leak. WALL/CEILING REPAIR BY CLIENT. Repaired 1” main inside garage brick wall. 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

On arrival, I assess the situation customer has a P-trap that is connected to their garbage disposal along with their main trap line for their kitchen sink. Drain will have to be rebuilt back out and reinstalled. Customer is aware and was presented estimates.

Client has had previous issues with the kitchen sink waste line and has waste water pooling under home that can be seen through a hole in the floor around a previous repair. Client would like to locate break in line and get options for repair/replacement of kitchen waste. Advised client that a camera would be needed to trace line in order to give accurate options and client agreed. Ran camera from kitchen wast and traced line to garage where and old washer connection is. Unable to see condition of piping due to the line not draining. Recommend tunneling home approx 30’ from west side near a/c condenser to kitchen stack and replacing line with new sch 40 pvc. Sent client 3 options to remedy issue via email.

Two estimate was given to convert from old Wells system to city connection and a wholehome water filtration system as well. Pressure waterline.

Customer supplied wrong size faucet will return when customer calls back to schedule. There’s is a trip charge of 69.00. Installed 2 new emergency shut off valves in guest bathroom Installed customer supplied faucet, 90 day labor only warranty

Spot repair replace about 10 feet of copper piping. One inch copper pipe multiple pinhole green sediment recommend whole house re-pipe replace multiple section about 10 feet of pipe replacement.

Installing halo ion scale, inhibitor on tankless water heater located in the garage also adding service valves on tankless water heater also adding a laundry scrubber for the washing machine located in the master bedroom hallway customer is a member at ( no cost)
