Arrive to job for leaking under the sink to discover that leak is being caused by old garbage disposal. The disposal is leaking from bottom of the unit. The plumbing under the sink is in great condition angle stops are intact as well. The supply lines of working garbage disposal runs, but leaks from under unit. Customer knows that I’m going to sign for payment customer requested that I send E invoice to email because she was not comfortable with paying with card over the phone. Customer says the price for garbage disposal is too high. She states that garbage supposal cost $90 and can get install for no more than 120 so customer rather just pay the $69. She even offered customer free membership to reduce price down. Customer said it was OK.

Customer has a damaged pipe at the water meter and needs to be repaired, customer stated that she’s shopping around for estimates and looking for best deal possible. Gave customer quotes for so and was told that she’ll reach out to us after reviewing all estimates.

Client had a 38 gallon electric water heater leaking from different areas. Gave the client an estimate to remove and replace Water heater with a new 38 gal. Bradford white electric water heater with an ion 6 scale inhibitor. After replacing tested the operation of the water heater. Water heater is working properly with no leaks. The clients ac unit above the water heater is leaking on to the top of the new heater. Covered the water heater to prevent further leak from the AC onto the water heater. Client is getting her AC unit Looked at later today.

washing machine leak repair: upon arrival, saw laundry room plumbing was leaking. repaired the leak and got the washing machine back in good working order.

On arrival, I assessed the situation The customer has a leaky corroded pipe that runs to their laundry box. I presented the customer with three options. The customer is going to go with the repair option to repair the corroded pipe that is leaking.

Customer has three different drains experiencing stoppages. Customer states a foreign object fell into the lavatory drain. Customer also has a tub experiencing slow drainage as well as a stand alone shower experiencing slow drainage. This is an estimate, price may change based on location of foreign objects location. No warranty on stoppages. Service fee waived.

Blockage cleared on arrival I assess the situation. Customer had a blockage underneath the kitchen sink in the P-trap connected to the garbage disposal. Blockage is clear now customer is relieved of pain and suffering and presented pleasure.

Three estimate was given to attempt to clear stoppage.

Master bathroom tub drain clog. Attempt to run cable to clear stoppage in master bathroom tub drain. Ran cable about 30 feet to clear stoppage pull back buildup hair.

A valuated the situation the customers, delta shower faucet is heavily corroded and will need to be replaced. I did a visual inspection on the top of the showerhead and hose that also need to be replaced. Also, the customer is informed of the water filtration and filter system also, the customer is and will be notified for follow ups in the future.

Customer would like an estimate to re-pipe hole hose, remove all polybutylene and replace it with PEX type A. Tech will follow up with estimate

Leak detection upstairs master bathroom leak. Leak detection completed I pinpoint and verified that the master bathroom shower pan is leaking causing water damage to drywall/ceiling below.
