This job was to access a roof and inspect a sewer system from a vent. We used Milwaukee pipe locating equipment to identify the location of the sewer pipe. We then used a 2000psi-4000psi hydro jet to flush dirt from the system. We could determine if the pipe broke or if it was old dirt. If the pipe broke, we would provide a quote for pipe lining. If the pipe broke on the exterior, we would propose a spout repair. We were also unable to add a cleanout due to a pipe being in the interior home. We provided options to tunnel or open the floor.

Three estimate were presented to customer after evaluate the situation customer explained to me that they had a toilet leak her husband took care of the problem I recommended a whole house water filtration system this is a brand new property built with uponor pex type A piping.

Attempt to clear your main drain from an outside access point using heavy duty electric snake equipment. Camera not included. NO WARRANTY ON STOPPAGES.

Slab leak. Ran electronic leak detection device to pinpoint leak underneath kitchen area.

Job entails cutting out a section of the 1 1/2 inch copper drain line and replacing with pvc and reconnecting to the copper drain line with a fernco. will return 7-5-23 in the morning to replace section of drain that is leaking for the kitchen.

Supply and install 119.9 gallon heater, ELD 120-TB Supply and install 3/4" recirculating pump, and provide one with a timer option, TACO 006 B4 Supply and install metal pan. Supply and install new shut off valve. Supply and install Ion 6 scale inhibitor. 10 year parts and labor warranty
