Water softener system repair: A customer reported hard water issues despite having a water softener system. After examining the water softener, I discovered a malfunctioning resin tank. I replaced the resin, regenerated the system, and tested water quality, ensuring the client enjoyed the benefits of a properly functioning water softener.

Upon arrival to McDonald’s both restrooms were not working properly toilets were not flushing, as well as urinals. Parking lot was completely full of grease and sewage. Water cleared Stafford Street clean out cap drain at corner of drive through lot. Water drain through system line is completely functional now.

Replace Kholer one piece toilet with new Kholer Highline Arch in White $450.00 deposit call to schedule tomorrow. Contact American Standard on replacing toilet seat in downstairs bathroom. 50% due upon completion. New water efficient Kholer toilet is installed. Customer had a one piece toilet that would not shut off when full causing the water to constantly run. That issue has been solved through installation of new toilet.

Customer would like to move forward with work, tech will adjust the invoice and get deposit

Service fee. Customer needs to get approval for work to be performed. While the faucets are leaking when in use there is no guarantee that the leak is originating from the faucets. If dry wall is opened we do not do drywall repairs or reinstatement. Estimate is attached.

Customer didn’t have the money , he has to have his mom send him 180 to remove blockage from toilet. He stated that he can’t pay more than 180 and it’ll take him 2 hrs to receive it. Customer says he’ll call us back once he gets the money.

Customer shower valve is damaged but don’t want to replace the entire valve due to price, customer wants all 3 shower valve cartridges removed and replaced with new cartridges for 450. Repair will also need a building shut down to do so. Gave customer a deal to replace two cartridges for 800 and the third cartridge will be free customer denied and wants entire job done for $400-$450.

Client had an inspection performed on unit 1006 and the inspector noted the shut off valves under sink are faulty. Upon my inspection of unit I found the master bath hot side valve is not working and the drain is improperly installed, the ice maker supply line to fridge is kinked and leaking. There is not a water shut off valve for unit and the building will need to notified and shut building riser off in order to replace valves. Client will contact building in order to schedule our return. *Install new ice maker supply line. *Install 2 new dual emergency shut off valve for kitchen sink. *Install 2 new emergency shut off valve for master vanity. *Instal new 1.25” p-trap & tailpiece for master bath lav. Deposit of $600 collected, remaining to be collected upon completion of work.

Customer would like an estimate for various plumbing repairs, tech will follow up with estimate

On arrival, I assessed the situation. Customer is going to need a new tank. Customer wants to different estimates on a tankless water heater and a tank an electrical upgrade on the main panel will need to be performed to accommodate a tankless water heater 13 KW existing circuit is 20 needs to be upgraded to a 30amp

*Disassemble manifold and remove existing regulator. *Supply and install new 2” natural gas regulator. *Perform drop test to ensure system is leak free. After installing determined there is no leak

Estimate for installation of 2 hand washing stations.

Was called out for clogged drain clearing. Ran a snake cable through the toilet lines in the bathrooms to unclear of the clog in main sewer line. Reran main cable through the men’s restroom through the clean-outs to the outside by the drive-through line once we made it there then we continued running the cable to the city sewage we were able to retrieve a lot of paper towel and a hair weave and hair weave extensions. Also when we went to take the toilet out we noticed that the flange was broken so we replace the flange with new bolts as I was putting the toilet assembly back together noticed that the vacuum breaker gaskets are out or wore out so those are gonna be replaced as well.

Met with George on site and was informed that on a coup,e separated occasions they have lost gas to the cookline for restaurant and they would shut the valve off to cook line and wait for 2hrs, restore gas and system works normally. Walked gas line and traced to meter on south side of building where there is a 2” regulator with a vent limiting device. Explained to client that the vent limiter is not rated for exterior use and has failed causing the regulator to fail. Advised that the regulator will need to be replaced in order to remedy issues. Client would like to have the work performed before 9am or after 10pm.

Remove existing toilet, clean, and prepare the mounting system at the floor and reset the toilet with a new wax seal and mounting hardware. DOES NOT INCLUDE NEW SHUT OFF VALVE OR FLANGE

Customer stated that we’re too expensive due to the fact we can’t install a customer supplied water heater for $350.00

Replaced existing toilet handle on 2nd stall kid (girl) bathroom toilet. Removed existing Damage toilet handle and installed new toilet handle to code. 1 year warranty on parts and labor.

Install T&S kitchen faucet that client supplied.

Collected 50% deposit will install 40 gallon water heater tomorrow morning Returned 5-23-23 to install 40 gallon 3500 watt element rheem water heater with pex. After installing checked for operation and leaks. Water heater working properly and no leaks.

Flush valve gasket was deteriorating and needed to be replaced. After replacing toiled stop running and was functioning properly.

Client will send the dimensions of the mainline and will create an estimate for repipe tunnel job for the main sewer line tomorrow morning.

Customer stated that they had no hot water after hot water installation. After hot water heater installation checked kitchen faucet to insure hot water heater was working. After leaving customer called back stating they had no hot water in shower came back out to check hot water heater and it’s functioning properly. Customer water lines has been looped into on another. Separated hot line and cold line. Shower water lines are not connected to hot water heater and need to be repiped. This is a landlord and tenant situation. The owner of this property still owes a balance for hot water installation. Customer (tenant) stated that he’ll pay for service but have to pay at separate time due to the fact that’s he’s out of state ( New York ) and can’t make that purchase due to transaction limitations. Will provide estimate for service on repipe.
