Leaking shower repair: A resident reported issues with water consistently leaking from their showerhead. I identified a faulty diverter valve as the cause and replaced it, ensuring proper water flow redirection between the showerhead and the bathtub faucet, resolving the leakage problem.

Addressed a commercial property's sluggish drains caused by tree root infiltration into the sewer lines. Employed hydrojetting technology to dislodge the roots and thoroughly cleanse the pipes, ensuring optimal flow and preventing future clogs. Employed a root inhibitor treatment to deter future root growth and maintain clear pipes.

Customer ac condensation line is clogged, customer tried vacuuming the line to remove blockage and debris. Customer stated that we came out 2-3 times out for this problem. I vacuumed the outside condensation line and removed water and debris.

Inspected client residence upon inspection client stated currently having stoppage but after further diagnostics report found toilets not functioning so recommended changing two toilets also client wants tech to install customer supplied kitchen sink faucet & install two water shutoffs for laundry..

Upon arrival i assess the situation customer has a under mount sink recommended that they call a granite company to remove and disposal cracked bathroom sink.

Clear main line with K 60 - After the main line is clear we are going to continue tomorrow on Thursday, June 8 9 and 10 AM to run camera and then run Jetter approximately 35 feet to city sewage to clear any debris. Also with the camera to investigate if there’s any roots toys or anything that’s caught up in the lines. I ran camera Seen a lot of paper towels. After I Camera the line I ran the Jetter and pushed all the paper towels to the main sewage. Everything seems to be fine biggest issue is what you throw down the toilet or down the drains. I believe if you could solve the paper towel issue from being thrown in the toilet you will be fine . checked all toilets and all toilets are flushing fine.

Customer is going to need to replace their 30 gallon tank with a tankless water heater electrical work will need to be performed to accommodate a 13KW tankless water heater. Customer is also going to need a new shut off valve and a scale, inhibitor and flushing valves for proper annual flushing, on the new tankless water heater. Came to look at a leaking faucet, after investigating faucet is leaking internally and needs to be replaced. Customer advised me he will replace faucet himself.

Came back to Clayton on a recall job that I completed yesterday for a customer supplied garbage disposal. Garbage disposal wasn’t completely secured on mounting bracket and leak was coming from there. Secured disposal on mounting bracket and checked for leaks.
