I repaired a leaking showerhead by replacing the worn-out rubber washer. The shower arm was carefully unscrewed, and the washer inside the head was replaced with a new one. I reinstalled the showerhead, using plumber’s tape on the threads to ensure a watertight seal. The leak was completely resolved.

I replaced a faulty fill valve in a toilet that was constantly running. The old Fluidmaster fill valve was removed, and the tank was cleaned. I installed a new Fluidmaster 400A fill valve, adjusted it for proper water level, and tested the flush. The toilet now fills and shuts off properly, saving water.

I completed a partial kitchen stoppage. Upon arrival, I opened the hot side of the running water to show that the customer was getting gurgling noises. I immediately noticed water dropping from the sink and clearing the partial obstruction. The customer was experiencing a partial stoppage and also mentioned small drips underneath the cabinet. I checked and verified there were no leaks and had no residual drip underneath the sink. I ran water in the sink to verify efficient, drain, and no leaks upon completion.

Client stated the downstairs neighbor was hearing water drip in her bathroom ceiling after I had made repairs the day before. Arrived to find that a repair coupling used for repairs has a slight leak and was dripping into ceiling below. Was able to cut out leaking coupling and make repairs.
