Customer needed help removing gardening hose.

Replace outside water main gate valve with new 1” quarter turn ball valve shut off and new 1/2 “ quarter turn hose bib. Replaced guest bath Shower cartridge.

Customer has a toilet that has been continuously running after several attempts to rebuild the toilet. After learning that the toilet has been rebuilt numerous times, I recommend replacing the toilet. Customer prefers to choose the toilet for themselves. Customer must get a 12 inch rough in. Of incorrect toilet is bought there maybe a rescheduling fee. Customer will discuss with wife and buy toilet and schedule when toilet is purchased and on site. Service fee waived.

Client collecting estimates to replace their 50 gallon electric water heater. Client will call us back if he goes with our estimate.

Clear blockage from a pulled p-trap under the bathroom sink in the guest bathroom. Ran cable 10-20 feet from a pulled trap under the guest bathroom sink. After snaking the drain line ran water to test the drainage. Both master and guest bathroom sinks are draining properly.

Client needed an estimate to install a 1 inch backflow device per the city of Boynton Beach. Evaluation fee waived.

This install is going to require removing the old existing water heater to install a new 50 gallon electric water heater with new shut off valves and piping. Went up in the attic and cut out majority of copper pipe that connects to solar panel customer is removing solar panel to get his roofing done.

Came back on a recall for a shower body installation. When I was originally here customer ask me if I could back old spout which I did. Customer called back now because seal on spout went bad and needed to be replaced which I did.

Leak detection diagnostic. This leak detection is going to require locating manifold to determine if it’s a hot line or a cold line leak and to verify which line is feeding plumbing fixture. Leak detection completed, plumbing related I verified that the kitchen drain waste arm leaking inside the wall causing water damage to kitchen cabinets. This job require cutting concrete on the exterior wall with a jackhammer to get access to replace kitchen/laundry copper waste arm to transition with PVC drain pipe. Sam Jolley’s Plumbing not responsible for any concrete repair or drywall repair. Laundry waste arm drain line was previously cap and rerouted during kitchen remodeling. Remove old cap copper waste drain line that connected to laundry line previously and transition to PVC pipe and cap the line.

Evaluation fee . Customer is going to send us blueprints of the gazebo that he’s going to build and house drawings to give him a full accurate price.

Estimate was given for up and over re-pipe plus a line and trace leak detection.

Customer had a broken 1/2 inch hose bib upon investigation I determined it was best to replace from the transition. I installed new ball valve, pressure relief valve, and new hose bib for customer. Tested for leaks everything appears to be working as intended with no leaks. Customer is afforded a 90 day warranty for parts and labor. Customer asked for a quote for a 50 gallon water heater.

Water heater replacement, for tankless install. Customer supplied tankless water heater. Installed tankless water heater with a halo ion 6. Recommended to customer electric work will need to be updated before tankless water heater installed.

This job is going to require a troubleshoot diagnostic test and a gauge reading to determine the pressure relief valve malfunctioning. I also use my multimeter to test the heating element on the water heater. Replacing old for new pressure relief valve.

Evaluation fee A estimate was given for a complete toilet tank rebuild and added them as a member.

This job required replacing outside emergency shut off valve. Old gate valve replacement for new ball valve. This is an association community they will need notice before turning off the main waterline. Also added in a hose bib.
