- Perform leak detection for unit 210 master bathroom. To perform leak detection had to open section of tile to see behind the master bathroom shower to confirm leaking pipe. Clients overflow and drain Have a slight leak and water is escaping around the sides of the tub, spout is leaking inside the wall and is not caulked to the tile, shower valve doesn't shut off all the way. Tech believes there is possible black mold accumulating from the water damage. In order to repair leak, need to replace tub drain and overflow, also shower valve. Strongly recommend to replace bathtub. Tech will follow up with estimate

Customer recently had a leak that was coming from master bathroom tub, going down the unit below. Building maintenance did some investigating and stated that it could be tub drain or shower valve leak, recommend proper leak search to diagnose that problem. Tech will follow up with estimate

Customer had a stoppage in master bathroom shower. Removed standing water and saw a hair Cather under the grate appeared to be stopped with hair and soap. Removed all foreigner items from drain and used a snake to ensure everything was working properly. Tested the drain by turning the shower on everything appears to be draining properly at this time. Customers tank was loose I tightened the tank to bowl bolts as a courtesy. No warranty is offered at this time
