Pop-Up Drain

The pop-up pieces located below the sink consists of the tailpiece and the horizontal rod that makes the stopper to move up and down in the tub. When clearing a blocked drain, you usually start by removing the rod to extract the stopper and clearing any buildups collected on the stopper.
