Managed a comprehensive copper repiping project for an older building facing recurrent leaks and water discoloration. Removed outdated and corroded pipes, replacing them with durable copper pipes throughout the building. Conducted pressure tests to verify system integrity and provided residents with a more reliable and clean water supply.

Upon arrival assessed the situation customer has a toilet that needs to be replaced. Also customer has a customer supplied toilet that she would like to have installed. Also, customer has six polybutylene supply lines to six different fixtures that will need to be capped and replaced. Also a vanity will also need to be installed and replaced. customer was presented to estimates to alternate options. Customer will follow up with us regarding the estimates they are going to proceed with.

Customer ac isn’t working and I called and informed the customer before heading over if it’s not plumbing related there’s nothing I can do to fix ac unit. Arrived and could perform any services or do any done deal presentation. Called the customer to collect $69 service fee and was told that she would call the company to make the payment over the phone.

Remove and replace Backflow and install a new watts 919 back flow Price is inclusive of permitting fees as well as new piping. I will also be adding a 3/4 inch ball valve. Includes 90 day parts and labor warranty unless debris is causation for premature failure. Includes new annual recertification. Installed new Watts 919 Rp Backflow 3/4 inch, I also included two new ball valves. Permit request form has been completed and ready for inspection. New serial number is 99553 Meter number stayed the same. New test results Test1=8.5 Relief=4.0 Test2=2.2 Psi 70 The new Backflow prevention device has passed inspection. Warranty information is listed above. Warranty begins the day of installation.

Customer will need to call a pool company I’m not charging customer a fee because we cannot do any work for her. It’s more of the irrigation and a pool problem

I will attempt to clear blockage with an electronic snake and cable clearing the blockage, relieving the customer of pain and suffering and giving them pleasure blockage cleared five star plumber

We did a building shut down today we are in the process of turning the water back onto the building we just want to be aware of turning the water back on process. We wanna let you know that we’re not responsible if anybody left their water on in their unit and left as the water processes being turned back on. Some people might’ve left their sink open and maybe don’t have a good drainage we can’t really be responsible if something overflows. For all units. We also did a walk-through today and I’m going to make up some estimates later today or tomorrow and send them by email .

Installed customer supplied water heater with new 3/4 ball valve also installed new main shut off with 1” ball valve , with building shut done . 2 year Labor warranty.

Gave estimate for a manual leak search to determine where leak is coming from. Customer didn’t agree to the leak search, and was asking to give him a report on my findings. I couldn’t determine anything because customer refused me opening up the ceiling to investigate. Customer also refused to pay the 69 dollars evaluation fee because he wants a report.

Upon arrival client stated that his garage disposal would not turn on and that side of the sink would not drain. Removed the disposal and Unjammed disposal. After determined the disposal was rusting out and recommended replacement. Client accepted replacement estimate. After installing new disposal checked operation, working properly with no leaks. Tested the dishwasher drain which is also working properly.
